FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME

My name is Cody Carmichael, I am currently a 9th grader at Canyon View High School whose primary goal is to advance my education and play baseball at the College or University level. My academic interests are General Business/Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Sports and Entertainment Management. I am a motivated honest and hardworking student who has a strong work ethic both on the field and in the classroom.

My support team consists of all my Coaches my Family as well as my fellow Team Mates. I would not be where I am without them.

I believe in sportsmanship first. The sport is the game, and we are all in it together. While I am very competitive, I also want to support all the competitors as we strive to make the sport of baseball even greater. I work every day to better myself and to better the game.

I am extremely motivated to play baseball in college. I do not want any College or University to ever be able to look at me and say that I did not completely challenge myself on the field or in the classroom. I am really looking for a forum where I can continue to grow under experienced coaches while playing at a high level of competitive baseball.

Regarding school size, I have no preference. I am very open with a large or a small campus, and am not particular on where the college or university may be. Any opportunity is a great one, regardless of the location.
